Returns Policy

Orders may be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery for store credit or exchange.
When returning items please contact us at info@symbolnewyork.com for approval of returns prior to shipping back items.
Returns will be processed within 5 days.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for shipping costs for all returns.
All items are made to order and returns will be subject to a 5% re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions

The following items do not qualify for returns: items marked as final sale, limited edition, collaboration and bespoke/custom orders.
